The board of directors of Wakefield-based Franklin Street Properties Corp, an investment firm specializing in real estate, has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.19 per share of common stock for the period Oct. 1 through Dec. 31.

The dividend will be paid Feb. 19 to stockholders of record as of Jan. 29.
