Government Properties Income Trust and Senior Housing Properties Trust this week announced their quarterly dividends.
Government properties declared a regular quarterly dividend of 43 cents per share of common stock payable as of the close of business on July 24 and distributed on or about Aug. 24. Senior Housing Properties declared 39 per common share, payable July 24, and distributed around Aug. 20.
