Group Buy Firm Subleases Space At Quincy’s Batterymarch

Top Source LLC, a cooperative buying organization in the retail food industry, has subleased 20,000 square feet from Aviva Life & Annuity at 3 Batterymarch Park in Quincy.

Batterymarch Park is a four-building office park on 50 acres at the intersection of the Southeast Expressway, Route 3 and Interstate 93.

Top Source helps retailers save money on construction, store equipment, office products and packaging. It is a subsidiary of Topco Associates LLC. The new headquarters is an 8,000-square-foot expansion from its previous offices.

The company was represented in the lease transaction by the Grossman Cos. Inc. of Quincy. Aviva was represented by Cushman & Wakefield. The building is owned by the National Fire Protection Association.
