Charlette M. Weeden has been promoted to senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer at Haverhill Bank. Weeden succeeds Patrick R. Dwyer, who retired after nearly 17 years with the bank.
Weeden previously held the vice president of finance position at Haverhill Bank. Prior to joining Haverhill Bank in 2011, Weeden was employed by Holbrook Cooperative Bank as senior vice president, CFO and treasurer. She was responsible for the bank’s overall financial operations, including asset liability management and regulatory compliance and reporting. She has also served as CFO at Marlborough Co-Operative Bank and vice president at Butler Bank in Lowell.
"Charlette’s prior banking experience will make this transition pretty transparent," Haverhill Bank President and CEO Thomas L. Mortimer said in a statement.
Weeden attended Northeastern University and majored in business administration and accounting. She also attended the Massachusetts School of Financial Studies and National Graduate School of Banking.
