Boston Properties’ 20 CityPoint office building in Waltham is 100 percent leased following a commitment by healthtech company Imprivata to lease the remaining 75,000 square feet as its new headquarters.

The seven-year lease replaces Imprivata’s previous home at 10 Maguire Road in Lexington. The space will accommodate 550 employees.

The 6-story, 211,000-square-foot office building connects to the sibling 10 CityPoint complex with a second-story skybridge and includes Ruth’s Chris Steak House as a retail tenant along with a shared conference center, fitness and daycare center and coffee bar.

“As we searched for a highly functional, modern space where employees can come together, work safely, and collaborate, while balancing flexible schedules, working from home or with our customers, the Boston Properties team took the time to understand our business,” Imprivata CEO Gus Malezis said in a statement.
