Boston-based HomeStart Inc. announced yesterday that it has formed an advisory board.

The new nine-member advisory board will assist the organization in its mission to end homelessness in the Greater Boston area. It members include the following:

• Bryce Blair, Hingham, housing developer

• Scott Bosworth, Dorchester

• Dennis Kelly, Hingham, Boignet

• Devon Kinkead, Cambridge, Micronotes

• Neil McCullagh, Cambridge, The American City Coalition

• Francis McGrail, Boston Deutsche Bank

• Martin O’Neill, Hingham, Cabot Corp.

• Peter Rosenberg, Wellesley, Ropes & Gray     

• Amy Tierce, Waban, Fairway Independent Mortgage, Needham Branch

HomeStart Inc. has also added Fendy Alexis and Shankar Krishnamony to its board of directors. Alexis is a personal trainer and motivational speaker who provides assistance to those transitioning from shelters to permanent housing. Krishnamony is vice president of capital markets at Wipro Technologies. He has worked with HomeStart for many years and wants to utilize his mentoring skills and business acumen to benefit HomeStart clients and the board of directors.
