Dicerna Pharmaceuticals has leased an additional 107,283 square feet at the Hayden Research Campus, bringing its occupancy to more than 275,000 square feet in the town of Lexington. 

Dicerna signed its first 37,000-square-foot lease with King Street Properties in 2014 and will occupy the new space at 65 Hayden Ave. on the 37-acre corporate campus near the junction of Routes 2 and 128. 

The Lexington-based firm was one of four life science companies that leased the entire 214,440-square-foot office-lab building at 75 Hayden Ave. prior to its completion in 2020. 

Other current tenants of the Hayden Research Campus include Frequency Therapeutics, Concert Pharmaceuticals, Valo Health, Voyager Therapeutics and Takeda Pharmaceuticals.
