A recent renovation project by Vantage Builders updated the lobby, clinical space and offices of Lutronic’s Billerica headquarters.

The project included reconstruction of a spiral staircase and installation of a moss wall in the lobby area, and conversion of warehouse space into offices, conference areas and kitchenette. Second-floor renovations created 15 new offices along with training, conference and collaboration areas.

The project team included Ebbrell Architecture + Design, RMF Engineering and JLL Project & Development Services.
