The first group of tenants has taken occupancy at Mill Street Heights, a new 72-unit rental complex in Woburn.

Located on a 3.2-acre site, the 4-story building includes 72 apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms, covered parking and a resident lounge.

The Hamilton Company and New England Realty Associates purchased the development site, located next to the 181-unit Mill Street Gardens, in 2019 for $59.6 million. Tenants began occupying the new Mill Street Heights on Dec. 1.

NERA is a publicly traded corporation owned by Jameson Brown, Harley Brown and Ronald Brown that owns 2,943 apartments and 130,000 square feet of commercial space.
