Bard College selected brokerage JLL to market its 275-acre Simon’s Rock campus in Great Barrington for sale.

Surrounded by trails and Berkshire hills, the campus was built over several decades following the founding of Simon’s Rock in 1966, and incorporates historic properties that were part of the Great Pine Farm. Existing structures include multiple academic buildings, a student center, performance and lecture spaces, recreation and athletic amenities, parking and modern infrastructure.

The college is relocating the Simon’s Rock campus functions to its main campus in Annandale-on-Hudson, New York.

They Said It:

“This is a rare institutional campus of significant size, infrastructure and beauty in one of New England’s most desirable markets. For any institution, developer, or mission-driven organization, it offers ready to use buildings, entitled educational or residential use, flexible zoning and an incredible location at Great Barrington, the heart of the Berkshires.”
