Phillip Infelise, managing principal and founder of CresaPartners’ National Project Management Group, has been elected as chairman of CresaPartners’ board of directors.
Infelise, a 34-year corporate facilities development, project and relocation management veteran, succeeds Gerald Porter, who held the position for five years, according to a statement. Infelise previously served as vice chairman of the board and is also chairman of CresaPartners’ marketing committee.
Matthew Miller has also been elected to CresaPartners’ board of directors. Miller, a founding member and former chairman of the CresaPartners advisory board, has 24 years of commercial real estate experience, according to a statement.
