BordersNational bookstore chain Borders Group Inc.’s recent Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing is going to leave six Massachusetts stores available for the picking.

While Borders is getting its finances in order, New York-based DJM Realty, a Gordon Brothers Group Co., is set with the task of leasing the 200 total properties once leased by the retailer nationwide, according to a statement.

"Borders’ real estate has begun to create interest among retailers, supermarkets and non-retailer users," said Andy Graiser, co-president of DJM Realty. "The available portfolio offers a unique mix of mid- and big-box locations with long lease terms and strong retail co-tenants. Numerous properties are located in markets that are very difficult to enter, including … Boston and their neighboring suburbs."

The following Massachusetts locations are available to lease:

• 990 Ivannough Rd., Hyannis – 27,500 square feet
• Holyoke Mall, Springfield – 24,533 square feet
• 511 Boylston St., Boston – 24,046 square feet
• 151 Andover St., Peabody – 25,000 square feet
• Wayside Commons SC, Burlington – 24,897 square feet
• 2421 Cranberry Highway, Wareham – 25,000 square feet
