Rockland-based Integrated Builders has completed renovations of a 110,000-square-foot flex/warehouse at 210 Grove St. in Franklin for the property’s newest tenant, Boston International.
Boston International is an importer and distributor of paper products, giftware and decorative accessories. The $800,000 project included new light fixtures, bathroom renovations, updated finishes and replacement of all HVAC equipment.
Integrated Builders Project Manager Bob Purdy worked with owners Calare Properties of Hudson and The Grossman Cos. to coordinate the project which was designed by architects Ci Design of Boston.
“With a premier location and an updated space, we are confident that 210 Grove St. will provide Boston International with a functional, appealing and user-friendly facility for years to come,” Integrated Builders President Jay Dacey said in a statement.
210 Grove St. contains 165,000 square feet with 17 loading docks and access to a CSX rail line.
