Albiani Management Co. has purchased a 92-unit Reading apartment complex and refinanced another 34-unit Stoneham complex for $20.2 million total.

Albiani purchased 92 units at 1-15 Lakeview Ave. in Reading for $16.2 million and refinanced the Stoneham property at 105-109 Marble St. for $4 million.

Cornerstone Realty Capital secured $15.5 million in financing for the two deals. The loans came with a seven-year fixed rate with a 30-year amortization.

The refinance of the Stoneham property allowed the borrower to access available equity and facilitate the acquisition of the Reading apartments, which consists of eight separate brick, garden-style buildings, according to a statement. The two properties are located approximately four miles from one another.
