Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches has signed a five-year lease at Riverwalk, the 46-acre, mixed-use mill redevelopment in Lawrence.
The Champagne, Ill.-based company has 2,000 locations in 43 states and expanded into New England in 2014. It now has five locations in the region, including four in Boston.
Lawrence Bergman, a leasing representative at landlord Lupoli Cos., brokered the transaction.
