A joint venture between Woburn-based KS Partners and Oaktree Capital Management of Los Angeles has acquired the 1 million-square-foot Brickstone Square office park in Andover.
The purchase price was $59.5 million, according to the Essex County Registry of Deeds.
The 53-acre park contains three buildings built between 1919 and 1934 as the headquarters of American Woolen Co. that were converted to office space in 1986. The property also houses a cafeteria, fitness center, daycare center and convenience store.
CBRE/New England’s Kerry Olson Hawkins, Jason Levendusky and Jake Borden have been appointed the leasing agents.
