A Jamaica Plain development firm plans to market 26 home ownership condominiums in a proposed redevelopment of a Roxbury residential property.
Notre Dame Development LLC, a minority-owned construction and development firm led by Tabasuri Moses, submitted plans for the project at 24-34 Notre Dame St.
The project would replace a single-family home with a 5-story building on the 11,900-square-foot site at 24-34 Notre Dame St.
Designed by Khalsa Design of Somerville, the 28,357-square-foot project would include 15 percent income-rstricted units, including four family-sized condos, according to a project notification form submitted to the Boston Planning & Development Agency.
The project will require Zoning Board of Appeal approval for dimensional, off-street parking and loading requirements.
Notre Dame Development bought the four parcels that comprise the site in 2016 for a combined $675,000, according to data compiled by The Warren Group, publisher of Banker & Tradesman.
