Developers of the newest apartment community at Plymouth’s Pinehills have begun preleasing 178 units in the Village Green town center of the 3,200-acre development.

The Rowen at The Pinehills complex lists one-bedroom units starting from $2,550. The ground floor of the 4-story complex is anchored by an independent seller of gifts and new and used books, Book Love, a Cape Cod 5 branch, with a third retail space eyed for a potential restaurant, developers said.

The 4-story building with a traditional New England architecture design by ICON Architecture will host events at a pair of landscaped courtyards and outdoor pool. The complex’s amenity package includes a library with co-working spaces, meeting rooms, private outdoor terraces, a maker space and pet spa.

Ranging from one to three bedrooms, apartments are equipped with shaker cabinets, quartz countertops and pendant lighting fixtures.

The project is a partnership of New England Development, Pinehills LLC, Bozzuto Development and J.P. Morgan Asset Management and built by Bozzuto Construction Co.
