Jumptap Inc., a targeted mobile advertising firm, has leased 33,000 square feet at 155 Seaport Blvd. in Boston’s Seaport District, moving from Cambridge to Boston.
Kevin Kennedy and Charles Kavoogian of CB Richard Ellis – N.E. Partners represented Jumptap. Tim Bianchi, Bill Anderson and Deb Gould of Cushman & Wakefield represented Pembroke Real Estate as the leasing agents for Seaport West.
"Boston’s Innovation District has attracted an amazing collection of both start-up and established technology companies," said Frank Weishaupt, chief operating officer at Jumptap in a statement. "We’ve accelerated our growth in product and personnel, and are thrilled to be part of such a thriving community."
Seaport West is a 17-story, 575,000 square-foot, LEED Silver certified office tower which forms at part of the Seaport Place development.
