TD Bank has named Stephen J. Kotsios a commercial portfolio loan officer in the commercial workout department in Leominster.
An assistant vice president, he is responsible for performing workout for customer loans and asset recovery.
Kotsios has seven years of banking experience. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served as Portfolio Collections Manager at Zwicker and Assoc. P.C. in Andover.
