Springfield-based intellectual property law firm O’Shea Getz P.C. is opening an office in Connecticut.
The firm has leased 2,124 square feet at 10 Waterside Drive in Farmington. The office will open in January.
Hartford-based Sentry Commercial represented O’Shea Getz in the transaction. Colliers International represented landlord Waterside Ten LLC.
