More than 60 percent of the residences at The Arlington luxury apartment building have now been leased, according to Related Rentals.
Related Cos. of New York and The Congress Group of Boston jointly developed the 128-unit complex at a former Boston Consolidated Gas Co. headquarters at 100 Arlington St. Elkus Manfredi Architects designed the renovation of the Renaissance Revival-style structure built in 1927, which was most recently occupied by the Boston Renaissance Charter School. Liquid Art House, a restaurant, wine bar and art gallery, opened in May in a 10,000-square-foot ground floor space.
Related Rentals is listing the remaining one-bedroom units at $3,800 a month with two-bedroom units starting at $6,200.
