Leasing has begun at The Arlington, a new luxury apartment complex at 100 Arlington St. in Boston’s Back Bay, which is expected to open in mid-April.
Joint venture developers Related Cos. and The Congress Group of Boston renovated the 1927 art deco building at the former site of the Boston Renaissance Charter Public School into 128 one- and two-bedroom units. Starting rents are $3,200 a month for one-bedroom units and $6,200 for two-bedroom apartments.
Apartments contain amenities such as white oak floors and marble countertops. Common areas offer such features as an indoor basketball court, game room and pet spa. Liquid Art House, a restaurant, winery and art gallery, will occupy 10,000 square feet on the ground floor.
