Cushman & Wakefield has been selected to represent the new owners of a 90,000-square-foot Dedham office building that’s undergoing a series of upgrades.

The 11.3-acre property at 600 Providence Highway was acquired in July for $10.6 million by Cranston, Rhode Island-based Saletin Real Estate Group, which has begun a capital improvement campaign designed to create a “campus feel,” Cushman & Wakefield said in a press release. The complex is 85 percent leased and existing tenants include Orangetheory Fitness as well as yoga, barre and cryotherapy providers.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Rob Byrne, Rachel Igoe, Philip Verre, George O’Connor and Paul Leone comprise the leasing team.

“We have already received strong interest from potential tenants in this space due to its proximity to other retail hubs and access to several important links in the Massachusetts transportation network,” Byrne said in a statement.
