The management company for condominiums at the Intercontinental Hotel and Fan Pier has been selected to provide resident services for the first two towers scheduled to open at the EchelonSeaport complex.
Barkan Management of Newton will serve as managing agent for the towers known as 133 Seaport and 135 Seaport, A Regent Collection. Brian Buhler, general manager at the One Charles condominiums in Back Bay for the past 15 years, has been named general manager.
Developer Cottonwood Group’s 1.3 million-square-foot EchelonSeaport complex comprises three towers including 447 condos, 270 apartments, 125,000 square feet of retail space and over 60,000 square feet of private amenity spaces.
