A development partnership is positioning a new Bridgewater logistics center to tap into the Route 24 e-commerce corridor including Amazon’s warehouses in Stoughton and Fall River.

DeBartolo Development LLC and Boston-based Cabot Properties said the new 350,000-square-foot building at 1025 Elm St. in the 59-acre Cabot Commerce Center will feature 32-foot clear heights, 65 loading docks and 42 trailer spaces.

Newmark Knight Frank’s Boston industrial team represents ownership in leasing.

Tampa, Florida-based DeBartolo Development has acquired 166 properties worth an estimated $5 billion since 2003.
