The Leominster Credit Union board of directors has appointed Bruce J. Bollivar and Henry Kulik Jr. as new directors.
"We are delighted to have the expertise that both Bruce and Henry bring to the board," Gordon R. Edmonds, LCU’s president and CEO said in a statement. "As local businessmen, they can provide insight into the financial needs of businesses in our communities, as well as the banking needs of individuals."
The board of directors made the appointment at its December meeting.
Bollivar, of Holden, worked for McDonald’s Corp. for 34 years, most recently as owner and operator of four McDonald’s restaurants in the Worcester area.
Kulik, of Westminster, owns and operates an accounting firm in Leominster.
