Michael Lindgren has joined Cambridge Savings Bank as senior vice president, commercial real estate lending.
Lindgren will be responsible for leading the bank’s initiative to broaden its presence with commercial developers and investors by designing customized lending products tailored to their unique needs. He brings 24 years of lending experience to the bank’s commercial real estate program, according to a statement.
Most recently, Lindgren was director/national head of multi-family property financing at Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage. He is a past president of the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA) and serves on the board of advisors for AccesSportAmerica.
