Law firm Cooke Clancy & Gruenthal LLP has leased 4,276 square feet 1 Liberty Square in Boston.
The firm is set to relocate from 265 Franklin St. in Boston in June.
The landlord, Invesco Real Estate, was represented by Thomas Ashe of Richards Barry Joyce. John Hennessey of GVA Thompson Hennessey & Partners represented Cooke Clancy & Gruenthal.
1 Liberty Square, also known as the Samuel Appleton Building, is one of 23 demolition-proof buildings in Boston’s Exchange District and is designated as having "major significance" by the Boston Landmarks Commission. Upgrades to the building include state-of-the-art energy conservation, climate control, and life safety systems, according to a statement.
