McCurdy Named Executive VP At Danvers Bancorp

Mike McCurdy Michael W. McCurdy of Wellesley, has been promoted to executive vice president of Danvers Bancorp, the holding company for Danversbank.

He previously served as senior vice president of the company’s general counsel and director of retail banking. McCurdy is primarily responsible for the bank’s legal operations and its network of nearly 30 retail branches.

McCurdy joined Danversbank in 2007, following the merger of BankMalden with and into Danversbank. He had previously served as president and chief executive officer of BankMalden.
