A joint venture has purchased a 11,845-square-foot retail plaza at 1 Green St. in Medfield.

Tuccio Properties Group and Salvatore Capital Partners paid $1.9 million for the property, home to six retail tenants: Bullard’s Liquor, Halfrey Interiors, Corcoran and Havlin Insurance, Jill’s Hair Studio, Takara Restaurant and Nicholas Christies Day Spa. The plaza also has a parking lot with 57 spaces.

“This purchase aligns seamlessly with our long-term vision and mission. The strategic location and unique features of the property will enhance our capabilities and allow us to better serve our tenants and community,” Tuccio Properties Group Owner and Founder Andrew Tuccio said in a statement.
