Capstan Atlantic Inc., a metal gear manufacturing company based in Wrentham, has leased 10,677 square feet at Walpole Park South.

The company will occupy building two, a 95,567-square-foot office and warehouse facility on a nine-acre parcel on Route 1.

NAI Hunneman Executive Vice President Cathy Minnerly and Assistant Vice President Ovar Osvold represented the landlord, John D. Murphy Co., and procured the tenant.
