Remote computing company LogMeIn has finalized a 117,000-square-foot lease for 327-335 Summer St. in Boston’s Fort Point beginning Nov. 1.

In December, Boston city councilors approved a $2.5-million, 13-year tax break in exchange for LogMeIn’s commitment to hire an additional 450 employees across the street from its headquarters at 320 Summer St., where it has nearly 400 employees.

The lease runs 12.5 years with two five-year extension options, according to filings with the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds.

Boston-based Synergy Investments and DivcoWest of San Francisco acquired 327-335 Summer St. for $11 million in May 2013 and have invested approximately $38 million in renovations to convert the former warehouse into modern office space.

In addition to its Boston headquarters, LogMeIn has offices in Dublin, London, Bangalore, Sydney and Budapest. The company announced this week that it is tripling its Dublin workforce by adding 90 jobs in the next three years.
