Michel Promoted At Metro Credit Union

Traci Michel has been promoted to branch manager for Chelsea-based Metro Credit Union’s Commonwealth Avenue branch office in Boston.

Michel joined the credit union in 2009 as a branch supervisor in Metro’s Chelsea office, and then at the Peabody branch, according to a statement. She was also the supervisor for Metro’s high school branches located at Chelsea High School and Peabody Veteran’s Memorial High School. Michel was also chosen as an ambassador to Metro’s customer service program.

In her new role, Michel will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch office. She will also be responsible for the training and development of her staff and contribution to a training and development taskforce.
