Kimberley Royer and Kristen Moore have been promoted to new operations posts at Milford Federal Savings & Loan Association.

Royer was promoted to operations officer, where she will oversee and manage the activities of the operations department and serve as IRA and pension plan administrator for customer accounts. She will also serve on both the corporate compliance and technology committees.

Royer began her career at Milford Federal through its high school work study program as a teller in June 1983. She has held positions in the operations and loans department, served as assistant manager and branch manager, and has held her current position of operations manager since 2001.

Moore was promoted to the position of operations manager. Moore will be responsible for supervising and directing clerical personnel and activities in the operations department. She will also manage customer relations and inquiries and serve as a member of the corporate compliance committee.

Moore has been employed at Milford Federal since 2005 and has held various positions in the operations department.
