North Adams-based MountainOne Financial Partners is looking for a CEO.
The company is currently led by Stephen G. Crowe. John C. Law is the company’s executive vice president for retail banking and marketing and president and CEO of Williamstown Savings Bank.
Company officials could not be reached for comment Thursday morning.
In a statement, Ridgeway Partners, an executive recruiting firm working with the company, says MountainOne is looking for a financial services executive and "a strategic thinker to come in and help grow the footprint of the company through organic growth and tactical acquisitions."
MountainOne is the holding company for Williamstown Savings Bank, Hoosac Bank, South Coastal Bank, True North Insurance and Coakley, Pierpan, Dolan & Collins Insurance.
