William J. Morse, president and COO of Whitman-based Mutual Bank, has been re-elected to a three-year term on the bank’s board of directors.
In this role, he helps guide the policy and direction for the mutually-owned bank, according to a statement. Morse also serves on the board’s executive committee.
Morse was formerly president and CEO of Security Federal Savings Bank, and oversaw the bank’s merger with Mutual Bank in 2006.
