North Brookfield Savings Bank (NBSB) has hired Cynthia Goodno Ayers as vice president of loan administration and servicing and promoted Pam Kozlik to the position of commercial credit analyst.

Goodno Ayers comes to NBSB after working as both a credit analyst and assistant vice president of loan administration at the Citizens National Bank, as well as a senior credit analyst at Pawtucket Credit Union. In her new role, Goodno Ayers will oversee the loan servicing department.

Kozlik has held numerous positions at NBSB as branch manager of the Belchertown branch and most recently commercial credit analyst assistant. Prior to joining NBSB, she worked as an instructional supervisor in the supportive learning services department of American International College.

In her new role, Kozlik will be responsible for conducting analyses on business loans, supporting existing financing relationships and reviewing new business loan opportunities.
