Directors Paul G. Keady and William P. O’Donnell.Paul G. Keady and William P. O’Donnell have been elected to Norwood Bank’s board of directors, and Ronald G. McElman has retired from the board after 41 years of service to the bank.

"We welcome the addition of these two fine gentlemen, who will bring valuable new insight and perspectives to the board," said Joseph F. Curran, chairman of the board of Norwood Bank.

Keady is a local real estate broker with Remax Real Estate Center and is a lifelong resident of Norwood where he lives with his wife Sheila and their three children, Kayla, Alanna and Paul.

O’Donnell is an attorney and the register of deeds for Norfolk County. The Norwood native lives with his wife Susan and three children, Billy, Jennifer and James.

Ronald McElmanMcElman has been a member of the bank’s board of directors since 1986. During his term, he served on a number of committees including loan/security, technology, compensation, compliance and audit.

He retired from Norwood Bank in 2000 as senior vice president of commercial and construction lending.
