James O’Conor has been promoted to senior vice president and chief retail banking officer at Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank.
O’Conor will be responsible for all aspects of the bank’s retail operations, including its 16 branches and its customer contact center.
"Jim’s experience and success managing customer relationships will allow us to evolve the role of our branches and contact center to proactively meet the needs of our customers in new and better ways," Dorothy Savarese, president and CEO of The Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank, said in a statement. "In his new senior officer position, he will help us continue to enhance how we serve our customers, employees, and communities."
O’Conor joined the Cape Cod Five in 2008 as director of consumer lending and most recently served as vice president and director of residential and consumer lending.
