Office-To-Residential Conversion Proposed In Brighton

An Allston developer has filed plans to convert a five-story office building at 1505 Commonwealth Ave. in Brighton into an 84-unit residential building.

Partners Properties LLC is seeking approval from the Boston Redevelopment Authority to renovate the 50-year-old building and expand the existing parking deck to provide 74 spaces.

The 1.1-acre site is located between Kindred Hospital Boston and the 55-unit Lancaster condo development currently under construction.
