Peabody Properties has assumed management of two apartment communities in Lynn, the Fabens Building at 312 Union St. and the Gateway North Apartments at 700 Washington St. 

The Fabens Building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, one of Lynn’s best examples of Romanesque Revival architecture. The community has 37 apartment homes that were built for people ages 62 and older, as well as those with disabilities 62 and younger.  

Gateway North Apartments is a mixed-income, mixed-use apartment community, with 70 units. It is directly across from North Shore Community College, two blocks from the Lynn commuter rail and is nearby to beaches and parks. The community features a fitness center, Wi-Fi lounge and indoor and outdoor common space for residents.
