PeoplesBank Names Richter Branch Manager

Melissa Richter Holyoke’s PeoplesBank has named Melissa E. Richter branch manager at the new Memorial Avenue office in West Springfield.

A resident of West Springfield, Richter has more than nine years of banking experience and previously served as branch manager at the Sumner Avenue office in Springfield, according to a statement.

Richter is a member of the West Springfield Rotary and the PeoplesBank Environmental Committee. She also volunteers with the Springfield School Volunteers.
