bankESB

bankESB has recently announced the promotions of Meridith M. H. Salois to assistant vice president and credit analyst, and Sandra Brakey to officer and senior commercial loan assistant. Salois joined the bank in 2001 as a loan servicer and has held the positions of collections assistant, credit analyst, senior credit analyst and officer. Brakey began her career at bankESB in 2010 as commercial loan administrative assistant and was promoted to supervisor and senior commercial loan assistant in 2015.

 

BankFive

Patrick Deady, Christopher P. Lee, Peter J. Murray and Joy Aguayo have joined BankFive’s lending team.

  • Deady will be senior vice president and director of residential and consumer lending. In this position, he will be responsible for overseeing the residential and consumer lending department, and will focus on improving efficiency and the product offerings. Deadly previously was senior vice president and director of mortgage lending at Admirals Bank and has over 22 years of experience in lending.
  • Lee has been hired as vice president and residential lending manager. He will be responsible for the overall management of residential lending operations. Lee has 15 years of banking experience, most previously working as secondary marketing manager at Home Loan Investment Bank.
  • Murray has joined BankFive as vice president of commercial lending, and will be responsible for creating and maintaining quality and profitable loan, deposit and service-oriented relationships with small to middle-market organizations and individuals. He comes to the BankFive team from People’s Credit Union in Middletown, Rhode Island, where he was business and residential lending manager.
  • Aguayo has been hired as a mortgage originator. She will be responsible for assisting homebuyers and homeowners with financing. Aguayo brings to BankFive her 24 years of experience in the field of mortgage origination, having most recently worked for Home Loan Investment Bank.

 

Bridgewater Savings Bank

Bridgewater Savings Bank has announced the promotions of Courtney Tilton to assistant vice president and retail training manager and Justin Jeffrey to branch and client relationship officer. In her new role, Tilton will be responsible for the development and implementation of the retail training program. Most recently, Tilton served as assistant vice president and branch and client relationship officer at the Lakeville office. Jeffrey, in his new position as branch and client relationship officer at the Lakeville branch, will be responsible for day to day branch operations and business development.

 

Coastal Heritage Bank

Coastal Heritage Bank has announced that four employees have been promoted to vice president positions. Janet Allen has been named vice president of deposit operations. Jamie Faverty is vice president of human resources. Nancy Karstunen is vice president of loan servicing officer and Jamie L. Sawtelle’s new role is vice president of underwriting.

 

The Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce

The Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce has announced the recipients of the 2017 Pinnacle Awards, which honor eight senior-level women in Greater Boston for outstanding achievement in business and management. The awards are designed to recognize leading women for outstanding achievement in the workplace, demonstrated leadership that has made a difference, and a commitment to enhance the quality of life in the region. Recipients were awarded in the following categories:

  • Management – Private: Penni McLean-Conner, chief customer officer, senior vice president of Customer Group at Eversource Energy

North Shore Bank

North Shore Bank has announced the addition of two mortgage originators to the bank’s residential lending team. Kevin Dillon Jr. and Mary Beth O’Connell will be responsible for satisfying the lending needs of borrowers, real estate agents and builders in eastern Massachusetts. Most recently, Dillon worked for Salem Five Bank as a retail business development specialist. O’Connell is a vice president of North Shore Bank and former sales and service manager of its Danvers branch.

 

Partners Insurance Group

Lori Chaput, vice president of personal lines at Partners Insurance Group, recently received the Gold Circle Excellence Award, presented at the Applied Net 2016 Conference. Chaput is currently president of the Massachusetts and Rhode Island chapter of the Applied Systems Client Network and also chapter chair at the national level. She joined Partners Insurance Group in 2008, and is responsible for the support, planning, development and delivery of programs as they apply to computer and insurance applications.

 

Rodman CPAs

Alianna Kendig has been appointed staff accountant at Rodman CPAs. She previously was an intern at the firm from January to April 2016 before joining the team full time. Kendig recently graduated cum laude from Lasell College with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance, and she is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.

 

University of Massachusetts

Gov. Charlie Baker has named Mary L. Burns, Imari K. Paris Jeffries, Michael O’Brien, Elizabeth D. Scheibel and Charles F. Wu to the board of trustees for the University of Massachusetts, and reappointed Robert J. Manning to the board. Baker has also announced the appointment of longtime UMass trustee Victor Woolridge and new board member Michael O’Brien to seats on the UMass Building Authority, serving as representatives of the UMass Board.
