Karen Jansky has been appointed director of application development in information technology at Arbella Insurance Group. Jansky will oversee Arbella’s core insurance systems, as well as agent and consumer applications.

Marco Hodges to the position of assistant vice president and senior loan officer at BayCoast Mortgage Co. Hodges joined Bay Coast Mortgage in 2013 with nine years of experience as a senior account executive. Stephan Cabral has also been promoted to the position of assistant vice president and senior loan officer. Cabral is the longest-tenured member of BayCoast Mortgage and is recognized as one of the top producing loan officers in the industry.

BNY Mellon Wealth Management

Pamela Murray has been named managing director of business development for BNY Mellon Wealth Management. Murray will be responsible for driving business development efforts for the company’s Boston office. She has more than 28 years of experience in financial services and sales catering to high net worth clients.

GZA

GZA, a geotechnical and environmental consulting firm, announced that Bruce Fairless has been promoted to principal, operating from the company’s Boston office. Fairless, who recently was named manager of GZA’s Boston office, joined the firm in 1987.  His areas of specialization are geotechnical and geothermal well field design and construction.

Jack Conway

Jack Conway Abington Realtor Robbie Lindo earned one of his firm’s highest honors recently when he was named Top Listing Agent Companywide for the first six months of 2017. Lindo was also named mid-year top lister and seller for his Abington office.

Leader Bank

Jay Tuli has been promoted to executive vice president at Leader Bank. Tuli will oversee certain key divisions of Leader Bank, including residential lending, retail and business banking, product development and marketing.

Marblehead Bank

Kevin Bugler has been promoted to assistant vice president and  business development officer at Marblehead Bank. Bugler previously held the position of business development manager at Marblehead Bank. He has been with the bank for eight years and is based out of the Cummings Center office in Beverly.

MountainOne Bank

Rockland-based MountainOne Bank recently expanded its mortgage banking team with the recent additions of Craig Ames, Paul Ames and Mark Nicholaw as senior mortgage originators.

NAI Hunneman

Jason Roth has joined the NAI Hunneman’s Urban Advisory Group, where he will focus his efforts on landlord and tenant representation in the Boston and Cambridge submarkets.

Cristina Morrissiey has joined UniBank as assistant vice president and branch manager of the bank’s Sutton branches. Morrissiey is responsible for operations, and growth and development of consumer and business relations for UniBank’s two Sutton branches. She joins UniBank with over 16 years of experience in financial services, having worked most recently as branch manager at a credit union in New York. Additionally, Michael Medeiros has joined as branch manager of the bank’s Blackstone branch. Medeiros is responsible for operations, and growth and development of consumer and business relations for UniBank’s Blackstone branch. He joins UniBank with over 11 years of experience in financial services, having worked most recently as branch manager at Santander Bank.
