Amity Insurance
Amity Insurance has named Michael Isbister as senior vice president and partner. In this role, Isbister will focus on business development, with a concentration on business insurance. Isbister was the northeast regional manager for Crystal Rock prior to joining Amity.
Bay State Savings Bank
The United Way of Central Massachusetts recently honored Diane Giampa, Bay State Savings bank’s senior vice president of human resources and marketing, with the “Inspire by Example” award at its annual celebration on May 4. The award honors a volunteer or group of volunteers who improve their community. Giampa was nominated for the award by Girls Inc., a nonprofit organization whose board she has served on for five years.
Commerce Bank
Commerce Bank recently announced that Nathan E. Pusey, managing director and Boston market leader, has been elected to serve a four-year term on the board of directors of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce. Pusey has over 25 years of commercial banking experience in Boston and serves as the chairman of the board of the Center for Collaborative Leadership at UMass Boston.
Easthampton Savings Bank
Easthampton Savings Bank has hired Timothy Czerniejewski as assistant vice president and credit analyst. Czerniejewski most recently served as a credit analyst at TD Bank, where he had worked since 2007.
ERA Key Realty Services
ERA Key Realty Services recently announced Celio Melicio has joined the firm’s Milford office. Melicio worked as a sales and leasing consultant with Toyota prior to joining ERA Key Realty Services.

Salem Five
Salem Five has hired Sarah Boulos as a market manager. Boulos will oversee customer service, sales and operations at the bank’s location in Sudbury. The bank also hired Shawn M. Schiffer as an assistant vice president and market manager. In this role, Schiffer will oversee customer service, sales and operations at the bank’s Bedford location.
Shawmut Design and Construction
Shawmut Design and Construction recently announced the hire of Nathan Gauthier as director of facilities management, integration and sustainability. Gauthier will bolster the firm’s green building efforts as he facilitates the transition of Shawmut’s renovations and works to improve new construction into the client’s facilities management infrastructure.
SLAM Collaborative Inc.
SLAM Collaborative Inc. has hired Matthew J. Cotton as principal in the firm’s Boston office. Cotton has 30 years of experience in planning, design and team leadership in the fields of healthcare and higher education, with a focus on academic medical center master planning. In this role, he will help build SLAM’s national and regional institutional planning practice.
