Align Credit Union, Cape Cod Five, Fort Point PM and more all announce additions to their teams in this week’s personnel file.
Align Credit Union
Kelly Tahan has been promoted to branch manager of Align Credit Union’s Haverhill location at 20 Cushing Ave. and the Holy Family Hospital location in Methuen. She will oversee daily operations, business development and member service. Tahan has been in the financial industry for over 25 years. She joined Align in 2012 and was assistant branch manager for Align’s Haverhill branch since 2015. Prior to joining Align, she was an assistant manager at TD Bank where she received several awards.
BayCoast Mortgage Co.
Nick Athanasiou has been promoted to first vice president and regional branch manager at Swansea-based BayCoast Mortgage Co. Previously, he held the position of vice president. Athanasiou is responsible for recruiting, leading, coaching and retaining a sales force and operations staff, as well as meeting monthly and quarterly goals. Additionally, he is responsible for creating scalable models for work flow and process to improve production and efficiency. Athanasiou, who joined BayCoast Mortgage in 2013, has more than 18 years of experience in the mortgage lending industry.
Cape Cod Five
David Willard recently reached a milestone of 50 years of continued employment at Cape Cod Five. Willard started his career with the bank in 1967 as a branch manager working out of the Orleans branch. During his banking career, he held many positions, but is best known for his role over nearly three decades as the bank’s director of community relations. Willard will retire at the end of the year.
Country Bank
Carla Banas has joined Ware-based Country Bank’s retail banking team. Banas has been in the banking industry for the past 14 years in various roles within retail banking. She began her career as a part-time teller and has worked her way through the branch network until her promotion to branch manager in 2013. Banas comes to Country Bank from Westfield Bank, where she managed its Enfield, Connecticut location for the last two years.
Fort Point Project Management
Boston-based property and management firm Fort Point Project Management recently welcomed three new associate project managers: Catalina Montanez, Thomas Cunningham and Shirley Ng.
- Catalina Montanez brings three years of experience as an architectural designer and project manager. Montanez is focusing on phased, corporate construction projects, facilities planning and move coordination.
- Thomas Cunningham comes to the firm fresh out of school, having recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in architectural studies from Boston University. Cunningham will focus on the firm’s life sciences market.
- Shirley Ng brings two years of experience in facilities planning. Ng will focus on both corporate and higher education clients.
Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty
Nancy Roth recently joined Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty. Roth has been the top agent by volume in Charlestown every year since 2007. Roth is a 15-year veteran of the industry. She left the high-tech world in 2002, after a 16-year career in high-level sales and sales management. She is a member of the Charlestown Preservation Society and the Charlestown Mothers Association.

Gabrielle Beaudry has joined JLL’s integrated portfolio services group as a vice president. Beaudry will specialize in tenant representation of mid-size portfolio companies in the delivery of multiple services to clients in Greater Boston and their needs around the world.
Key Bank
LaKisha Jordan has been promoted to corporate responsibility officer for Key Bank’s Connecticut and Western Massachusetts market. Jordan will be responsible for driving KeyBank’s Community Reinvestment Act compliance within its Connecticut and Greater Springfield market areas. Additionally, Jordan will work with local KeyBank leadership and community organizations in partnership on critical community issues facing those markets.
Perkins+Will
Brigitte Beltran has joined architecture and design firm Perkins+Will’s Boston office as director of business development. Beltran will identify and implement workplace strategies for clients in those sectors. Beltran will also expand the office’s client base, and brings over 13 years of experience in the architecture and design industry, with four years of experience most recently as director of business development for the regional office of an international planning and design firm.

Dowd Agencies CFO Jon D. Lumbra has been appointed managing partner and president of Dowd Financial Services. Lumbra is the former city treasurer of Holyoke.
