Connolly Bros.

Beverly construction firm Connolly Bros. was given the Eagle Award by the Massachusetts chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors. The Eagle is the group’s highest honor. Connolly won in the general contractor/industrial category for its work on Vicor Corp.’s 95,000 square-foot manufacturing facilities expansion in Andover.

JPMorgan Chase

JPMorgan Chase Vice President of Public Engagement Sabrina Antoine Correia was named as one of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce’s 2022 Ten Outstanding Young Leaders honorees.  The award “recognizes the contributions of current and emerging young, local leaders who have demonstrated professional, personal, cultural, and civic commitments to advancing a diverse, inclusive, and equitable community, organization, and region,” the chamber said in its announcement.

Monson Savings Bank

Monson Savings Bank has promoted Jamie R. Blaxland to accounting manager.

North Adams-based MountainOne Bank hired Matt Lauro as a senior vice president in its Pittsfield commercial lending team.

Melissa Fish-Crane, CEO of Braintree-based property management firm The Peabody Cos., was named secretary of the National Affordable Housing Management Association for a two-year term.

Rockland Trust Co.

Hannover-based Rockland Trust Co. has promoted Carla Goncalves to a business banking officer position. She was previously the manager for the bank’s Belmont and Brockton West branches.

Kevin Sears, broker/partner at Springfield-based Sears Real Estate, was elected first vice president of the National Association of Realtors. He was previously the Massachusetts Association of Realtors’ 2010 president, NAR’s 2017 vice president of government affairs and a longtime federal policy coordinator for Rep. Richard Neal (D-Springfield)
