Buffalo-based regional lender M&T Bank announced it has hired Isabel Cruz as its new Community Reinvestment Act officer for Eastern Massachusetts. She was previously a program manager at the Massachusetts Housing Partnership, focused on closing the racial home ownership gap.

Boston-based MHIC announced it has appointed two new executives: Elizabeth Ronayne will be chief capital development officer and K. Beth O’Donnell will be director of community investment. O’Donnell was previously director of real estate ad the Dorchester Bay Economic Development Corp. Ronayne as previously held senior positions at organizations like Alliant Capital, Meridian Investments and Stratford Capital Group.

Natick-based Middlesex Savings Bank announced COO Dana Neshe will become the bank’s president and succeed CEO Michale McAuliffe when he retires in April 2024.

Wakefield-based The Savings Bank announced that its subsidiary First Financial Trust has hired Gregory Boyd as a vice president and trust operations manager. Boyd previously held a similar role at TIAA Kaspick, a firm with $9 billion in assets specializing in planned giving programs for large higher education and health organizations.
