Bank of Canton says it has hired Adam Bokon as vice president of commercial lending. He comes to the bank after holding commercial loan officer/vice president positions at several unidentified regional banks in Massachusetts and Connecticut.

Amesbury-based BankProv has hired Lisa Gainty as vice president of business development for retail banking. Gainty was previously in unspecified leadership roles at TD Bank and Citizens Bank.

Medway-based Charles River Bank said local executive business consultant Paula Cassidy has been elected to its ranks of trustees.

Citizens Bank

Willamette Management Associates, a Citizens company, announced today that Marc Bello has joined the firm as a managing director. He will lead Willamette’s new Boston office. Prior to joining Willamette, he was a partner at Edelstein & Company LLP, where he led the firm’s business valuation and forensic accounting team.

The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod 

The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod, based in Hyannis, has appointed Stephanie Burbine as a first vice president and its cash management officer. She was previously vice president and cash management officer with Florence Bank.

Cresa

Tenant-only commercial real estate brokerage Cresa has promoted four in its Boston office: John Coakley, Paul Delaney and Joe Doyle were given unspecified new titles, and Vicki Keenan was promoted to managing principal.

Erland Construction 

Burlington-based contractor Erland Construction has hired Kelly Kennedy as its business development manager. She was previously an operations-side employee at Codiak Biosciences, a workplace planning employee at T3 Advisors and worked in real estate brokerage for Hughes Marino in Boston. She currently holds the position of vice chair of programs for Women In Bio-Greater Boston.

Boston-based real estate investment and development firm Intercontinental Real Estate has appointed Bart Weinstein and Matt Harrington as senior managing directors and co-heads of institutional services.

Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union 

Lowell-based Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union has added Socrates De La Cruz to its board. He is the founder and CEO of De La Cruz Law Group and De La Cruz Properties.

Main Street Bank 

Marlborough-based Main Street Bank has hired Brent Mathews as senior vice president and commercial lender. Most recently, he led the sponsor finance team at BankProv.

North Cambridge Co-operative Bank

North Cambridge Co-operative Bank President and CEO Michael Culhane has been named to the FDIC’s Advisory Committee on Community Banking.

Rockland Trust Co.

Hanover-based Rockland Trust Co. is promoting deputy counsel Patricia Natale to general counsel of the bank and its parent holding company Independent Bank Corp. She’s succeeding Edward Seksay who will be retiring from the organization on June 30.

Stoughton Co-Operative Bank

Stoughton Co-Operative Bank has hired Melissa Weber as a senior loan officer. She was previously a vice president of mortgage banking and consumer lending at Dean Bank in Franklin.
